Hosea 11:5-7

51They will not return to the land of Egypt; But Assyria--he will be 2their king Because they 3refused to return to Me.6And the 4sword will whirl against 5their cities, And will destroy 6their oracle priests And 7consume them, because of their 8counsels.7So My people are determined to 9turn from Me. Though 10they call 11them to the One on high, None at all exalts Him.
