Ecclesiastes 8:16-17
16When I 1devoted my 2mind to know wisdom and to see the business which has been done on the earth (even though one should 34never sleep day or night),
17and I saw every work of God, I concluded that 5one cannot discover the work which has been done under the sun. Even though a person laboriously seeks, he will not discover; and 6even if the wise person claims to know, he cannot discover.
