4For this is what the Lord says to the house of Israel: “1Seek Me 2so that you may live.5But do not 3resort to 4Bethel And do not come to 5Gilgal, Nor cross over to 6Beersheba; For Gilgal will certainly go into captivity And Bethel will 7come to nothing.6 8Seek the Lord so that you may live, Or He will break through like a 9fire, 10house of Joseph, And it will consume with no one to extinguish it for Bethel,
