1 Peter 2:12-15
121Keep your behavior excellent among the Gentiles, so that in the thing in which they 2slander you as evildoers, they may 3because of your good deeds, as they observe them, 4glorify God 5on the day of 6visitation.
137Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority, 14or to governors as sent 8by him 9for the punishment of evildoers and the 10praise of those who do right. 15For 1112such is the will of God, that by doing right you 13silence the ignorance of foolish people.
