1 Corinthians 14:23-25
23Therefore if the whole church gathers together and all the people speak in tongues, and 1outsiders or unbelievers enter, will they not say that 2you are insane? 24But if all 3prophesy, and an unbeliever or an 4outsider enters, he is 5convicted by all, he is called to account by all; 256the secrets of his heart are disclosed; and so he will 7fall on his face and worship God, 8declaring that God is certainly among you.
