21whileH5750I was stillH5750speakingמְדַבֵּ֖רme.da.BerH1696in prayerבַּתְּפִלָּ֑הba.te.fi.LahH8605,then the manוְהָאִ֣ישׁve.ha.'IshH376Gabrielגַּבְרִיאֵ֡לgav.ri.'ElH1403,whomאֲשֶׁר֩'a.SherH834I had seenרָאִ֨יתִיra.'I.tiH7200in the visionבֶחָז֤וֹןve.cha.ZonH2377previouslyבַּתְּחִלָּה֙ba.te.chi.LahH8462,cameנֹגֵ֣עַno.Ge.a'H5060to me in myextremeמֻעָ֣ףmu.'AfH3286wearinessבִּיעָ֔ףbi.'AfH3288about the timeכְּעֵ֖תke.'EtH6256of theeveningעָֽרֶב׃'A.revH6153offeringמִנְחַת־min.chat-H4503.

22He gaveH995meinstructionH995and talkedוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696with me and saidוַיֹּאמַ֕רvai.yo.MarH559, “O Danielדָּנִיֵּ֕אלda.ni.YelH1840,I have nowעַתָּ֥ה'a.TahH6258comeיָצָ֖אתִיya.Tza.tiH3318forthH3318to giveלְהַשְׂכִּילְךָ֥le.has.ki.le.KhaH7919you insightH7919withunderstandingבִינָֽה׃vi.NahH998.

23At thebeginningבִּתְחִלַּ֨תbit.chi.LatH8462of your supplicationsתַּחֲנוּנֶ֜יךָta.cha.nu.Nei.khaH8469thecommandדָבָ֗רda.VarH1697was issuedיָצָ֣אya.Tza'H3318,and I have comeבָּ֣אתִיBa.tiH935to tellלְהַגִּ֔ידle.ha.GidH5046you, for you arehighlyH2536esteemedH2536;so giveH995heedH995to the messageבַּדָּבָ֔רba.da.VarH1697and gainH995understandingH995of the visionבַּמַּרְאֶֽה׃ba.mar.'EhH4758.

25So you are to knowוְתֵדַ֨עve.te.Da'H3045and discernוְתַשְׂכֵּ֜לve.tas.KelH7919thatfrom the issuingמֹצָ֣אmo.Tza'H4161of adecreeדָבָ֗רda.VarH1697to restoreלְהָשִׁיב֙le.ha.ShivH7725and rebuildוְלִבְנ֤וֹתve.liv.NotH1129Jerusalemיְרֽוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ye.ru.sha.LimH3389untilעַד־'ad-H5704Messiahמָשִׁ֣יחַma.Shi.achH4899thePrinceנָגִ֔ידna.GidH5057there will besevenH7655weeksשָׁבֻעִ֖יםsha.vu.'ImH7620and sixty-twoשִׁשִּׁ֣ים וּשְׁנַ֗יִםshi.Shim u.she.Na.yimH8346 H8147weeksוְשָׁבֻעִ֞יםve.sha.vu.'ImH7620;it will be builtוְנִבְנְתָה֙ve.niv.ne.TahH1129againתָּשׁוּב֙ta.ShuvH7725, withplazaרְח֣וֹבre.ChovH7339and moatוְחָר֔וּץve.cha.RutzH2742,even in timesהָעִתִּֽים׃ha.'i.TimH6256of distressוּבְצ֖וֹקuv.TzokH6695.

26Then afterוְאַחֲרֵ֤יve.'a.cha.ReiH310the sixty-twoשִׁשִּׁ֣ים וּשְׁנַ֔יִםshi.Shim u.she.Na.yimH8346 H8147weeksהַשָּׁבֻעִים֙ha.sha.vu.'ImH7620theMessiahמָשִׁ֖יחַma.Shi.achH4899will becutיִכָּרֵ֥תyi.ka.RetH3772offH3772and haveH369nothingוְאֵ֣יןve.'EinH369,and the peopleעַ֣ם'amH5971of the princeנָגִ֤ידna.GidH5057who is to comeהַבָּא֙ha.Ba'H935willdestroyיַ֠שְׁחִיתYash.chitH7843the cityוְהָעִ֨ירve.ha.'IrH5892and the sanctuaryוְהַקֹּ֜דֶשׁve.ha.Ko.deshH6944. Andits endוְקִצּ֣וֹve.ki.TzoH7093will come with afloodבַשֶּׁ֔טֶףva.She.tefH7858;even to the endקֵ֣ץketzH7093there will be warמִלְחָמָ֔הmil.cha.MahH4421;desolationsשֹׁמֵמֽוֹת׃sho.me.MotH8074are determinedנֶחֱרֶ֖צֶתne.che.Re.tzetH2782.

27And he will makeוְהִגְבִּ֥ירve.hig.BirH1396a firmH1396covenantבְּרִ֛יתbe.RitH1285with the manyלָרַבִּ֖יםla.ra.BimH7227for oneאֶחָ֑ד'e.ChadH259weekשָׁב֣וּעַsha.Vu.a'H7620,but in the middleוַחֲצִ֨יva.cha.TziH2677of the weekהַשָּׁב֜וּעַha.sha.Vu.a'H7620he will putH7673a stopH7673to sacrificeזֶ֣בַחZe.vachH2077and grain offeringוּמִנְחָ֗הu.min.ChahH4503;and on the wingכְּנַ֤ףke.NafH3671ofabominationsשִׁקּוּצִים֙shi.ku.TzimH8251will come one whomakesH8074desolateH8074,even untilוְעַד־ve.'ad-H5704acompleteכָּלָה֙ka.LahH3617destructionH3617,one that is decreedוְנֶ֣חֱרָצָ֔הve.Ne.che.ra.TzahH2782,is pouredתִּתַּ֖ךְti.TakhH5413out on the one whomakesH8074desolateH8074.”
