She liesneglectedנִטְּשָׁ֥הni.te.ShahH5203on her landאַדְמָתָ֖הּ'ad.ma.TahH127;ThereH369isnoneH369to raiseמְקִימָֽהּ׃me.ki.MahH6965her up.

10They hateשָׂנְא֥וּsa.ne.'UH8130him whoreprovesמוֹכִ֑יחַmo.Khi.achH3198in thegateבַשַּׁ֖עַרva.Sha.'arH8179, And theyabhorיְתָעֵֽבוּ׃ye.ta.'E.vuH8581him who speaksוְדֹבֵ֥רve.do.VerH1696withintegrityתָּמִ֖יםta.MimH8549.
