Matthew 10:5-14
51These twelve Jesus sent out after instructing them: “Do not 2go 3in the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter any city of the 4Samaritans;
6but rather go to 5the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7And as you go, 6preach, saying, ‘7The kingdom of heaven 8is at hand.’
8Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.
99Do not acquire gold, or silver, or copper for your money belts,
10or a 10bag for your journey, or even two 11coats, or sandals, or a staff; for 12the worker is worthy of his 13support.
11And whatever city or village you enter, inquire who is worthy in it, and stay 14at his house until you leave that city.
12As you enter the 15house, 16give it your 17greeting.
13If the house is worthy, 18give it your blessing of peace. But if it is not worthy, 19take back your blessing of peace.
14Whoever does not receive you, nor heed your words, as you go out of that house or that city, 20shake the dust off your feet.
