Isaiah 48:14-16
141Assemble, all of you, and listen! 2Who among them has declared these things? The Lord loves him; he will 3carry out His good pleasure on 4Babylon, And His arm will be against the Chaldeans.15I, even I, have spoken; indeed I have 5called him, I have brought him, and He will make his ways successful.166Come near to Me, listen to this: From the first I have 7not spoken in secret, 8From the time it took place, I was there. And now 9the Lord 10God has sent Me, and His Spirit.”
