Isaiah 48:12-15
12“Listen to Me, O Jacob, even Israel 1whom I called; 2I am He, 3I am the first, I am also the last.13Surely My hand 4founded the earth, And My right hand spread out the heavens; When I 5call to them, they stand together.146Assemble, all of you, and listen! 7Who among them has declared these things? The Lord loves him; he will 8carry out His good pleasure on 9Babylon, And His arm will be against the Chaldeans.15I, even I, have spoken; indeed I have 10called him, I have brought him, and He will make his ways successful.
