Isaiah 46:8-11
8“1Remember this, and be 2assured; 3Recall it to 4mind, you 5transgressors.9Remember the 6former things long past, For I am God, and there is 7no other; I am God, and there is 8no one like Me,10Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying, ‘9My purpose will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’;11Calling a 10bird of prey from the 11east, The man of 12My purpose from a far country. Truly I have 13spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it.
