Isaiah 42:5-7
5Thus says God the Lord, Who 1created the heavens and 2stretched them out, Who spread out the 3earth and its 4offspring, Who 5gives breath to the people on it And spirit to those who walk in it,6“I am the Lord, I have 6called You in righteousness, I will also 7hold You by the hand and 8watch over You, And I will appoint You as a 9covenant to the people, As a 10light to the nations,7To 11open blind eyes, To 12bring out prisoners from the dungeon And those who dwell in darkness from the prison.
