Hebrews 9:8-12

8 1The Holy Spirit is signifying this, 2that the way into the holy place has not yet been disclosed while the 3outer tabernacle is still standing, 9which is a symbol for the present time. Accordingly 4both gifts and sacrifices are offered which 5cannot make the worshiper perfect in conscience, 10since they relate only to 6food and 7drink and various 8washings, 9regulations for the 10body imposed until 11a time of reformation.

11But when Christ appeared as a 12high priest of the 13good things 14to come, He entered through 15the greater and more perfect 16tabernacle, 17not made with hands, that is to say, 18not of this creation; 12and not through 19the blood of goats and calves, but 20through His own blood, He 21entered the holy place 22once for all, 23having obtained 24eternal redemption.
