Ephesians 1:10-22
10with a view to an administration 1suitable to 2the fullness of the times, that is, 3the summing up of all things in Christ, things 4in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him 115also we 67have obtained an inheritance, having been 8predestined 9according to His purpose who works all things 10after the counsel of His will, 12to the end that we who were the first to hope in 11Christ would be 12to the praise of His glory. 13In 13Him, you also, after listening to 14the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation--having also 15believed, you were 16sealed in 17Him with 18the Holy Spirit of promise, 14who is 1920given as a pledge of 21our inheritance, with a view to the 22redemption of 23God’s own possession, 24to the praise of His glory.
15For this reason I too, 25having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and 26your love for 27all the 28saints, 1629do not cease giving thanks for you, 30while making mention of you in my prayers; 17that the 31God of our Lord Jesus Christ, 32the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of 33wisdom and of 34revelation in the 35knowledge of Him. 18I pray that 36the eyes of your heart 37may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the 38hope of His 39calling, what are 40the riches of the glory of 41His inheritance in 42the 43saints, 19and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. 44These are in accordance with the working of the 45strength of His might 20which He brought about in Christ, when He 46raised Him from the dead and 47seated Him at His right hand in 48the heavenly places, 21far above 49all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every 50name that is named, not only in 51this age but also in the one to come. 22And He 52put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as 53head over all things to the church,
