Corinthians 8:2-5
that in a great ordeal of affliction their abundance of joy and their deep poverty overflowed in the 1wealth of their liberality.
For I testify that 2according to their ability, and beyond their ability, they gave of their own accord,
begging us with much urging for the 3favor 4of participation in the 56support of the 7saints,
and this, not as we had 8expected, but they first 9gave themselves to the Lord and to us by 10the will of God.
