1 Peter 5:2-5

2shepherd 1the flock of God among you, exercising oversight 2not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and 3not for sordid gain, but with eagerness; 3nor yet as 4lording it over 5those allotted to your charge, but 6proving to be 7examples to the flock. 4And when the Chief 8Shepherd appears, you will receive the 9unfading 1011crown of glory. 512You younger men, likewise, 13be subject to your elders; and all of you, clothe yourselves with 14humility toward one another, for 15God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.
