1 Corinthians 6:9-20

9Or 1do you not know that the unrighteous will not 2inherit the kingdom of God? 3Do not be deceived; 4neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor 5effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will 6inherit the kingdom of God. 117Such were some of you; but you were 8washed, but you were 9sanctified, but you were 10justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.

1211All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything. 1312Food is for the 13stomach and the 14stomach is for food, but God will 15do away with both 16of them. Yet the body is not for immorality, but 17for the Lord, and 18the Lord is for the body. 14Now God has not only 19raised the Lord, but 20will also raise us up through His power. 1521Do you not know that 22your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take away the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? 23May it never be! 16Or 24do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body with her? For He says, “25The two shall become one flesh.” 17But the one who joins himself to the Lord is 26one spirit with Him. 1827Flee immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the 28immoral man sins against his own body. 19Or 29do you not know that 30your body is a 31temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from 32God, and that 33you are not your own? 20For 34you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in 35your body.
