1And the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֣הmo.ShehH4872in the wildernessבְמִדְבַּר־ve.mid.bar-H4057of Sinaiסִ֠ינַיSi.naiH5514,in the firstהָרִאשׁ֖וֹןha.ri.ShonH7223monthבַּחֹ֥דֶשׁba.Cho.deshH2320of the secondהַשֵּׁנִ֜יתha.she.NitH8145yearבַּשָּׁנָ֨הba.sha.NahH8141after they were come outלְצֵאתָ֨םle.tze.TamH3318of the landמֵאֶ֧רֶץme.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרַ֛יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

2Let the childrenבְנֵי־ve.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֛לYis.ra.'ElH3478also keepוְיַעֲשׂ֧וּve.ya.'a.SuH6213the passoverהַפָּ֖סַחha.Pa.sachH6453at his appointed seasonבְּמוֹעֲדֽוֹ׃be.mo.'a.DoH4150.

3In the fourteenthבְּאַרְבָּעָ֣ה עָשָֽׂר־be.'ar.ba.'Ah 'a.sar-H6240 H702dayי֠וֹםYomH3117of this monthבַּחֹ֨דֶשׁba.Cho.deshH2320,at evenהָֽעֲרְבַּ֛יִםha.'ar.Ba.yimH6153,ye shall keepתַּעֲשׂ֥וּta.'a.SuH6213it in his appointed seasonבְּמוֹעֲד֑וֹbe.mo.'a.DoH4150:according to all the ritesחֻקֹּתָ֥יוchu.ko.TavH2708of it, and according to all the ceremoniesמִשְׁפָּטָ֖יוmish.pa.TavH4941thereof, shall ye keepתַּעֲשׂ֥וּta.'a.SuH6213it.

4And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֛הmo.ShehH4872spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696unto the childrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,that they should keepלַעֲשֹׂ֥תla.'a.SotH6213the passoverהַפָּֽסַח׃ha.Pa.sachH6453.

5And they keptוַיַּעֲשׂ֣וּvai.ya.'a.SuH6213the passoverהַפֶּ֡סַחha.Pe.sachH6453on the fourteenthבְּאַרְבָּעָה֩ עָשָׂ֨רbe.'ar.ba.'Ah 'a.SarH6240 H702dayי֥וֹםYomH3117of the firstבָּרִאשׁ֡וֹןba.ri.ShonH7223monthלַחֹ֛דֶשׁla.Cho.deshH2320at evenהָעַרְבַּ֖יִםha.'ar.Ba.yimH6153in the wildernessבְּמִדְבַּ֣רbe.mid.BarH4057of Sinaiסִינָ֑יsi.NaiH5514:according to all that the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068commandedצִוָּ֤הtzi.VahH6680Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872,so didעָשׂ֖וּ'a.SuH6213the childrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

6And there were certain menאֲנָשִׁ֗ים'a.na.ShimH582,who were defiledטְמֵאִים֙te.me.'ImH2931by the dead bodyלְנֶ֣פֶשׁle.Ne.feshH5315of a manאָדָ֔ם'a.DamH120,that they couldיָכְל֥וּya.khe.LuH3201not keepלַעֲשֹׂת־la.'a.sot-H6213the passoverהַפֶּ֖סַחha.Pe.sachH6453on that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117:and they cameוַֽיִּקְרְב֞וּvai.yik.re.VuH7126beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440Mosesמֹשֶׁ֛הmo.ShehH4872and beforeוְלִפְנֵ֥יve.lif.NeiH6440Aaronאַהֲרֹ֖ן'a.ha.RonH175on that dayבַּיּ֥וֹםbai.YomH3117:

7And thoseהָהֵ֙מָּה֙ha.He.mahH1992menהָאֲנָשִׁ֤יםha.'a.na.ShimH582saidוַ֠יֹּאמְרוּVai.yo.me.ruH559unto him, We aredefiledטְמֵאִ֖יםte.me.'ImH2931by the dead bodyלְנֶ֣פֶשׁle.Ne.feshH5315of a manאָדָ֑ם'a.DamH120:wherefore are we kept backנִגָּרַ֗עni.ga.Ra'H1639,that we may not offerהַקְרִ֜בhak.RivH7126an offeringקָרְבַּ֤ןka.re.BanH7133of the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068in his appointed seasonבְּמֹ֣עֲד֔וֹbe.Mo.'a.DoH4150amongבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432the childrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478?

8And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto them, Stand stillעִמְד֣וּ'im.DuH5975,and I will hearוְאֶשְׁמְעָ֔הve.'esh.me.'AhH8085what the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068will commandיְצַוֶּ֥הye.tza.VehH6680concerning you.

9And the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

10Speakדַּבֵּ֛רda.BerH1696unto the childrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,If anyאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376of you or of your posterityלְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔םle.do.Ro.tei.KhemH1755shall be uncleanטָמֵ֣א׀ta.Me'H2931by reason of a dead bodyלָנֶ֡פֶשׁla.Ne.feshH5315, or bein a journeyבְדֶ֨רֶךְve.De.rekhH1870afar offרְחֹקָ֜הׄre.cho.KahH7350,yet he shall keepוְעָ֥שָׂהve.'A.sahH6213the passoverפֶ֖סַחFe.sachH6453unto the Lordלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

11The fourteenthבְּאַרְבָּעָ֨ה עָשָׂ֥רbe.'ar.ba.'Ah 'a.SarH6240 H702dayי֛וֹםYomH3117of the secondהַשֵּׁנִ֜יha.she.NiH8145monthבַּחֹ֨דֶשׁba.Cho.deshH2320at evenהָעַרְבַּ֖יִםha.'ar.Ba.yimH6153they shall keepיַעֲשׂ֣וּya.'a.SuH6213it, andeatיֹאכְלֻֽהוּ׃yo.khe.Lu.huH398it with unleavened breadמַצּ֥וֹתma.TzotH4682and bitterוּמְרֹרִ֖יםu.me.ro.RimH4844herbs.

12They shall leaveיַשְׁאִ֤ירוּyash.'I.ruH7604none of it unto the morningבֹּ֔קֶרBo.kerH1242,nor breakיִשְׁבְּרוּ־yish.be.ru-H7665any boneוְעֶ֖צֶםve.'E.tzemH6106of it: according to all the ordinancesחֻקַּ֥תchu.KatH2708of the passoverהַפֶּ֖סַחha.Pe.sachH6453they shall keepיַעֲשׂ֥וּya.'a.SuH6213it.

13But the manוְהָאִישׁ֩ve.ha.'IshH376that iscleanטָה֜וֹרta.HorH2889,and is not in a journeyוּבְדֶ֣רֶךְu.ve.De.rekhH1870,and forbearethוְחָדַל֙ve.cha.DalH2308to keepלַעֲשׂ֣וֹתla.'a.SotH6213the passoverהַפֶּ֔סַחha.Pe.sachH6453,even the same soulהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall be cut offוְנִכְרְתָ֛הve.nikh.re.TahH3772from among his peopleמֵֽעַמֶּ֑יהָme.'a.Mei.haH5971:because he broughtהִקְרִיב֙hik.RivH7126not the offeringקָרְבַּ֣ןka.re.BanH7133of the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068in his appointed seasonבְּמֹ֣עֲד֔וֹbe.Mo.'a.DoH4150,that manהָאִ֥ישׁha.'IshH376shall bearיִשָּׂ֖אyi.Sa'H5375his sinחֶטְא֥וֹchet.'OH2399.

14And if a strangerגֵּ֗רGerH1616shall sojournיָג֨וּרya.GurH1481among you, and will keepוְעָ֤שָֽׂהve.'A.sahH6213the passoverפֶ֙סַח֙fe.sachH6453unto the Lordלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068;according to the ordinanceכְּחֻקַּ֥תke.chu.KatH2708of the passoverהַפֶּ֛סַחha.Pe.sachH6453,and according to the mannerוּכְמִשְׁפָּט֖וֹu.khe.mish.pa.ToH4941thereof, so shall he doיַעֲשֶׂ֑הya.'a.SehH6213:ye shall have oneאַחַת֙'a.ChatH259ordinanceחֻקָּ֤הchu.KahH2708,both for the strangerוְלַגֵּ֖רve.la.GerH1616,and for him that was bornוּלְאֶזְרַ֥חu.le.'ez.RachH249in the landהָאָֽרֶץ׃ פha.'A.retzH776.
