2This isthe ordinanceחֻקַּ֣תchu.KatH2708of the lawהַתּוֹרָ֔הha.to.RahH8451which the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068hath commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,Speakדַּבֵּ֣ר׀da.BerH1696unto the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478,that they bringוְיִקְח֣וּve.yik.ChuH3947thee a redאֲדֻמָּ֜ה'a.du.MahH122heiferפָרָ֨הfa.RahH6510without spotתְּמִימָ֗הte.mi.MahH8549, wherein isno blemishמ֔וּםMumH3971, andupon which neverלֹא־lo'-H3808cameעָלָ֥ה'a.LahH5927yokeעֹֽל׃'OlH5923:
3And ye shall giveוּנְתַתֶּ֣םu.ne.ta.TemH5414her unto Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֖ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵ֑ןha.ko.HenH3548,that he may bring her forthוְהוֹצִ֤יאve.ho.Tzi'H3318withoutמִח֣וּץmi.ChutzH2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264, and oneshall slayוְשָׁחַ֥טve.sha.ChatH7819her beforeלְפָנָֽיו׃le.fa.NavH6440his face:
4And Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֧ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵ֛ןha.ko.HenH3548shall takeוְלָקַ֞חve.la.KachH3947of her bloodמִדָּמָ֖הּmi.da.MahH1818with his fingerבְּאֶצְבָּע֑וֹbe.'etz.ba.'OH676,and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֞הve.hi.ZahH5137of her bloodמִדָּמָ֖הּmi.da.MahH1818directlyנֹ֨כַחNo.khachH5227beforeפְּנֵ֧יpe.NeiH6440the tabernacleאֹֽהֶל־'o.hel-H168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֛דmo.'EdH4150sevenשֶׁ֥בַעShe.va'H7651timesפְּעָמִֽים׃pe.'a.MimH6471:
