2And they rose upוַיָּקֻ֙מוּ֙vai.ya.Ku.muH6965beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872,with certainוַאֲנָשִׁ֥יםva.'a.na.ShimH582of the childrenמִבְּנֵֽי־mi.be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,two hundredוּמָאתָ֑יִםu.ma.Ta.yimH3967and fiftyחֲמִשִּׁ֣יםcha.mi.ShimH2572princesנְשִׂיאֵ֥יne.si.'EiH5387of the assemblyעֵדָ֛ה'e.DahH5712,famousקְרִאֵ֥יke.ri.'EiH7148in the congregationמוֹעֵ֖דmo.'EdH4150,menאַנְשֵׁי־'an.shei-H582of renownשֵֽׁם׃ShemH8034:

3And they gathered themselves togetherוַיִּֽקָּהֲל֞וּvai.yi.ka.ha.LuH6950against Mosesמֹשֶׁ֣הmo.ShehH4872and against Aaronאַהֲרֹ֗ן'a.ha.RonH175,and saidוַיֹּאמְר֣וּvai.yo.me.RuH559unto them, Ye taketoo muchרַב־rav-H7227upon you, seeing all the congregationהָֽעֵדָה֙ha.'e.DahH5712areholyקְדֹשִׁ֔יםke.do.ShimH6918,every one of them, and the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068isamongוּבְתוֹכָ֖םu.ve.to.KhamH8432them: wherefore then lift ye upתִּֽתְנַשְּׂא֖וּtit.na.se.'UH5375yourselves above the congregationקְהַ֥לke.HalH6951of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068?

4And when Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872heardוַיִּשְׁמַ֣עvai.yish.Ma'H8085it,he fellוַיִּפֹּ֖לvai.yi.PolH5307upon his faceפָּנָֽיו׃pa.NavH6440:

5And he spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֨רvay.da.BerH1696unto Korahקֹ֜רַחKo.rachH7141and unto all his companyעֲדָתוֹ֮a.da.ToH5712,sayingלֵאמֹר֒le.MorH559,Even to morrowבֹּ֠קֶרBo.kerH1242the Lordיְהוָ֧הYah.wehH3068will shewוְיֹדַ֨עve.yo.Da'H3045who are his, and who isholyהַקָּד֖וֹשׁha.ka.Do.oshH6918; and will cause himto come nearוְהִקְרִ֣יבve.hik.RivH7126unto him: even himwhom he hath chosenיִבְחַר־yiv.char-H977will he cause to come nearיַקְרִ֥יבyak.RivH7126unto him.

6This doעֲשׂ֑וּ'a.SuH6213;Takeקְחוּ־ke.chu-H3947you censersמַחְתּ֔וֹתmach.TotH4289,Korahקֹ֖רַחKo.rachH7141,and all his companyעֲדָתֽוֹ׃a.da.ToH5712;

7And putוּתְנ֣וּu.te.NuH5414fireאֵ֡שׁ'eshH784thereinH2004,and putוְשִׂימוּ֩ve.si.MuH7760incenseקְטֹ֜רֶתke.To.retH7004in them beforeלִפְנֵ֤יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068to morrowמָחָ֔רma.CharH4279: and it shall be thatthe manהָאִ֛ישׁha.'IshH376whom the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068doth chooseיִבְחַ֥רyiv.CharH977, he shall beholyהַקָּד֑וֹשׁha.ka.Do.oshH6918: ye taketoo muchרַב־rav-H7227upon you, ye sonsבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Leviלֵוִֽי׃le.ViH3878.

8And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֖הmo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto Korahקֹ֑רַחKo.rachH7141,Hearשִׁמְעוּ־shim.'u-H8085,I pray you, ye sonsבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Leviלֵוִֽי׃le.ViH3878:

9Seemeth it buta small thingהַמְעַ֣טham.'AtH4592unto you, that the Godאֱלֹהֵ֨י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֤לYis.ra.'ElH3478hath separatedהִבְדִּיל֩hiv.DilH914you from the congregationמֵעֲדַ֣תme.'a.DatH5712of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,to bring you nearלְהַקְרִ֥יבle.hak.RivH7126to himself to doלַעֲבֹ֗דla.'a.VodH5647the serviceעֲבֹדַת֙'a.vo.DatH5656of the tabernacleמִשְׁכַּ֣ןmish.KanH4908of the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,and to standוְלַעֲמֹ֛דve.la.'a.ModH5975beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the congregationהָעֵדָ֖הha.'e.DahH5712to ministerלְשָׁרְתָֽם׃le.sha.re.TamH8334unto them?

10And he hath brought thee nearוַיַּקְרֵב֙vai.yak.RevH7126to him,and all thy brethrenאַחֶ֥יךָ'a.Chei.khaH251the sonsבְנֵי־ve.nei-H1121of Leviלֵוִ֖יle.ViH3878with thee: and seekוּבִקַּשְׁתֶּ֖םu.vi.kash.TemH1245ye the priesthoodכְּהֻנָּֽה׃ke.hu.NahH3550also?

11For which causeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651boththou and all thy companyעֲדָ֣תְךָ֔'a.Da.te.khaH5712aregathered togetherהַנֹּעָדִ֖יםha.no.'a.DimH3259against the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068: and what isAaronוְאַהֲרֹ֣ןve.'a.ha.RonH175,that ye murmurתַלִּ֖ינוּti.lo.nuH3885against him?

12And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872sentוַיִּשְׁלַ֣חvai.yish.LachH7971to callלִקְרֹ֛אlik.Ro'H7121Dathanלְדָתָ֥ןle.da.TanH1885and Abiramוְלַאֲבִירָ֖םve.la.'a.vi.RamH48,the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Eliabאֱלִיאָ֑ב'e.li.'AvH446:which saidוַיֹּאמְר֖וּvai.yo.me.RuH559,We will not come upנַעֲלֶֽה׃na.'a.LehH5927:

14Moreoverאַ֡ף'afH637thou hast not broughtהֲבִ֣יאֹתָ֔נוּha.Vi.'o.Ta.nuH935us into a landאֶרֶץ֩'e.RetzH776that flowethזָבַ֨תza.VatH2100with milkחָלָ֤בcha.LavH2461and honeyוּדְבַשׁ֙u.de.VashH1706,or givenוַתִּ֨תֶּן־va.Ti.ten-H5414us inheritanceנַחֲלַ֖תna.cha.LatH5159of fieldsשָׂדֶ֣הsa.DehH7704and vineyardsוָכָ֑רֶםva.Kha.remH3754:wilt thou put outתְּנַקֵּ֖רte.na.KerH5365the eyesהַעֵינֵ֞יha.'ei.NeiH5869of these menהָאֲנָשִׁ֥יםha.'a.na.ShimH582?we will not come upנַעֲלֶֽה׃na.'a.LehH5927.

15And Mosesלְמֹשֶׁה֙le.mo.ShehH4872was veryמְאֹ֔דme.'OdH3966wrothוַיִּ֤חַרvai.Yi.charH2734,and saidוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559unto the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,Respectתֵּ֖פֶןTe.fenH6437not thou their offeringמִנְחָתָ֑םmin.cha.TamH4503:I have not takenנָשָׂ֔אתִיna.Sa.tiH5375oneאֶחָ֤ד'e.ChadH259assחֲמ֨וֹרcha.MorH2543from them, neither have I hurtהֲרֵעֹ֖תִיha.re.'O.tiH7489oneאַחַ֥ד'a.ChadH259of them.

16And Mosesמֹשֶׁה֙mo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto Korahקֹ֔רַחKo.rachH7141,Be thou and all thy companyעֲדָ֣תְךָ֔'a.Da.te.khaH5712beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,thou, and they, and Aaronוְאַהֲרֹ֖ןve.'a.ha.RonH175,to morrowמָחָֽר׃ma.CharH4279:

18And they tookוַיִּקְח֞וּvai.yik.ChuH3947every manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376his censerמַחְתָּת֗וֹmach.ta.ToH4289,and putוַיִּתְּנ֤וּvai.yi.te.NuH5414fireאֵ֔שׁ'EshH784in them, and laidוַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּvai.ya.Si.muH7760incenseקְטֹ֑רֶתke.To.retH7004thereon, and stoodוַֽיַּעַמְד֗וּvai.ya.'am.DuH5975in the doorפֶּ֛תַחPe.tachH6607of the tabernacleאֹ֥הֶל'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֖דmo.'EdH4150with Mosesוּמֹשֶׁ֥הu.mo.ShehH4872and Aaronוְאַהֲרֹֽן׃ve.'a.ha.RonH175.

19And Korahקֹ֙רַח֙ko.rachH7141gatheredוַיַּקְהֵ֨לvai.yak.HelH6950all the congregationהָ֣עֵדָ֔הha.'e.DahH5712against them unto the doorפֶּ֖תַחPe.tachH6607of the tabernacleאֹ֣הֶל'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֑דmo.'EdH4150:and the gloryכְבוֹד־khe.Vod-H3519of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068appearedוַיֵּרָ֥אvai.ye.Ra'H7200unto all the congregationהָעֵדָֽה׃ פha.'e.DahH5712.

20And the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872and unto Aaronאַהֲרֹ֖ן'a.ha.RonH175,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

21Separateהִבָּ֣דְל֔וּhi.Ba.de.LuH914yourselves from amongמִתּ֖וֹךְmi.TokhH8432this congregationהָעֵדָ֣הha.'e.DahH5712,that I may consumeוַאַכַלֶּ֥הva.'a.kha.LehH3615them in a momentכְּרָֽגַע׃ke.Ra.ga'H7281.

22And they fellוַיִּפְּל֤וּvai.yi.pe.LuH5307upon their facesפְּנֵיהֶם֙pe.nei.HemH6440,and saidוַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּvai.Yo.me.RuH559,O Godאֵ֕ל'elH410,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֥י'e.lo.HeiH430of the spiritsהָרוּחֹ֖תha.ru.ChotH7307of all fleshבָּשָׂ֑רba.SarH1320,shall oneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259manהָאִ֤ישׁha.'IshH376sinיֶחֱטָ֔אye.che.Ta'H2398,and wilt thou be wrothתִּקְצֹֽף׃ פtik.TzofH7107with all the congregationהָעֵדָ֖הha.'e.DahH5712?

24Speakדַּבֵּ֥רda.BerH1696unto the congregationהָעֵדָ֖הha.'e.DahH5712,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,Get you upהֵֽעָלוּ֙he.'a.LuH5927from aboutמִסָּבִ֔יבmi.sa.VivH5439the tabernacleלְמִשְׁכַּן־le.mish.kan-H4908of Korahקֹ֖רַחKo.rachH7141,Dathanדָּתָ֥ןda.TanH1885,and Abiramוַאֲבִירָֽם׃va.'a.vi.RamH48.

25And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872rose upוַיָּ֣קָםvai.Ya.komH6965and wentH3212unto Dathanדָּתָ֣ןda.TanH1885and Abiramוַאֲבִירָ֑םva.'a.vi.RamH48;and the eldersזִקְנֵ֥יzik.NeiH2205of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478followedH3212himאַחֲרָ֖יו'a.cha.RavH310.

26And he spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֨רvay.da.BerH1696unto the congregationהָעֵדָ֜הha.'e.DahH5712,sayingלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559,Departס֣וּרוּSu.ruH5493,I pray you, from the tentsאָהֳלֵ֨י'o.ho.LeiH168of these wickedהָֽרְשָׁעִים֙ha.re.sha.'ImH7563menהָאֲנָשִׁ֤יםha.'a.na.ShimH582,and touchתִּגְּע֖וּti.ge.'UH5060nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumedתִּסָּפ֖וּti.sa.FuH5595in all their sinsחַטֹּאתָֽם׃cha.to.TamH2403.
