1And the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

2Speakדַּבֵּ֞רda.BerH1696unto the childrenבְּנֵ֤יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478,and sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֣ve.'a.mar.TaH559unto them, When a manאִ֕ישׁ'ishH376shall make a singularיַפְלִ֖אyaf.Li'H6381vowנֶ֑דֶרNe.derH5088,the personsנְפָשֹׁ֖תne.fa.ShotH5315shall befor the Lordלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068by thy estimationבְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥be.'er.ke.KhaH6187.

3And thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֙'er.ke.KhaH6187shall be of the maleהַזָּכָ֔רha.za.KharH2145from twentyעֶשְׂרִ֣ים'es.RimH6242yearsשָׁנָ֔הsha.NahH8141oldמִבֶּן֙mi.BenH1121even unto sixtyשִׁשִּׁ֣יםshi.ShimH8346yearsשָׁנָ֑הsha.NahH8141oldבֶּן־ben-H1121,even thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֗'er.ke.KhaH6187shall be fiftyחֲמִשִּׁ֛יםcha.mi.ShimH2572shekelsשֶׁ֥קֶלShe.kelH8255of silverכֶּ֖סֶףKe.sefH3701,after the shekelבְּשֶׁ֥קֶלbe.She.kelH8255of the sanctuaryהַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ha.Ko.deshH6944.

4And if it bea femaleנְקֵבָ֖הne.ke.VahH5347,then thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֖'er.ke.KhaH6187shall be thirtyשְׁלֹשִׁ֥יםshe.lo.ShimH7970shekelsשָֽׁקֶל׃Sha.kelH8255.

5And if it befrom fiveחָמֵ֜שׁcha.MeshH2568yearsשָׁנִ֗יםsha.NimH8141oldמִבֶּן־mi.ben-H1121even unto twentyעֶשְׂרִ֣ים'es.RimH6242yearsשָׁנָ֔הsha.NahH8141oldבֶּן־ben-H1121,then thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֛'er.ke.KhaH6187shall be of the maleהַזָּכָ֖רha.za.KharH2145twentyעֶשְׂרִ֣ים'es.RimH6242shekelsשְׁקָלִ֑יםshe.ka.LimH8255,and for the femaleוְלַנְּקֵבָ֖הve.la.ne.ke.VahH5347tenעֲשֶׂ֥רֶת'a.Se.retH6235shekelsשְׁקָלִֽים׃she.ka.LimH8255.

6And if it befrom a monthחֹ֗דֶשׁCho.deshH2320oldמִבֶּן־mi.ben-H1121even unto fiveחָמֵ֣שׁcha.MeshH2568yearsשָׁנִ֔יםsha.NimH8141oldבֶּן־ben-H1121,then thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֙'er.ke.KhaH6187shall be of the maleהַזָּכָ֔רha.za.KharH2145fiveחֲמִשָּׁ֥הcha.mi.ShahH2568shekelsשְׁקָלִ֖יםshe.ka.LimH8255of silverכָּ֑סֶףKa.sefH3701,and for the femaleוְלַנְּקֵבָ֣הve.la.ne.ke.VahH5347thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֔'er.ke.KhaH6187shall bethreeשְׁלֹ֥שֶׁתshe.Lo.shetH7969shekelsשְׁקָלִ֖יםshe.ka.LimH8255of silverכָּֽסֶף׃Ka.sefH3701.

7And if it befrom sixtyשִׁשִּׁ֨יםshi.ShimH8346yearsשָׁנָ֤הsha.NahH8141oldמִבֶּן־mi.ben-H1121and aboveוָמַ֙עְלָה֙va.Ma'.lahH4605; if it bea maleזָכָ֔רza.KharH2145,then thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֔'er.ke.KhaH6187shall be fifteenחֲמִשָּׁ֥ה עָשָׂ֖רcha.mi.Shah 'a.SarH6240 H2568shekelsשָׁ֑קֶלSha.kelH8255,and for the femaleוְלַנְּקֵבָ֖הve.la.ne.ke.VahH5347tenעֲשָׂרָ֥ה'a.sa.RahH6235shekelsשְׁקָלִֽים׃she.ka.LimH8255.

8But if he be poorerמָ֥ךְmakhH4134than thy estimationמֵֽעֶרְכֶּ֔ךָme.'er.Ke.khaH6187,then he shall presentוְהֶֽעֱמִידוֹ֙ve.he.'e.mi.DoH5975himself beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548,and the priestהַכֹּהֵ֑ןha.ko.HenH3548shall valueוְהֶעֱרִ֥יךְve.he.'e.RikhH6186him; according toפִּ֗יPiH6310his abilityתַּשִּׂיג֙ יַ֣דta.Sig yadH5381 H3027that vowedהַנֹּדֵ֔רha.no.DerH5087shall the priestהַכֹּהֵֽן׃ סha.ko.HenH3548valueיַעֲרִיכֶ֖נּוּya.'a.ri.Khe.nuH6186him.

9And if it bea beastבְּהֵמָ֔הbe.he.MahH929,whereof men bringיַקְרִ֧יבוּyak.Ri.vuH7126an offeringקָרְבָּ֖ןkor.banH7133unto the Lordלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068, all that any mangivethיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414of such unto the Lordלַיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068shall be holyקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃Ko.deshH6944.

10He shall not alterיַחֲלִיפֶ֗נּוּya.cha.li.Fe.nuH2498it, nor changeיָמִ֥ירya.MirH4171it, a goodט֥וֹבTovH2896for a badבְּרָ֖עbe.Ra'H7451,or a badרַ֣עra'H7451for a goodבְּט֑וֹבbe.TovH2896:and if he shall at allהָמֵ֨רha.MerH4171changeיָמִ֤ירya.MirH4171beastבְּהֵמָה֙be.he.MahH929for beastבִּבְהֵמָ֔הbiv.he.MahH929,then it and the exchangeוּתְמוּרָת֖וֹu.te.mu.ra.ToH8545thereof shall be holyקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃Ko.deshH6944.

11And if it beany uncleanטְמֵאָ֔הte.me.'AhH2931beastבְּהֵמָ֣הbe.he.MahH929,of which they do not offerיַקְרִ֧יבוּyak.Ri.vuH7126a sacrificeקָרְבָּ֖ןkor.banH7133unto the Lordלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068,then he shall presentוְהֶֽעֱמִ֥ידve.he.'e.MidH5975the beastהַבְּהֵמָ֖הha.be.he.MahH929beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the priestהַכֹּהֵֽן׃ha.ko.HenH3548:

12And the priestהַכֹּהֵן֙ha.ko.HenH3548shall valueוְהֶעֱרִ֤יךְve.he.'e.RikhH6186it, whetherבֵּ֥יןbeinH996it be goodט֖וֹבTovH2896orוּבֵ֣יןu.VeinH996badרָ֑עRa'H7451:as thou valuestכְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥ke.'er.ke.KhaH6187it, who artthe priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548, so shall it be.

13But if he will at allגָּאֹ֖לga.'OlH1350redeemיִגְאָלֶ֑נָּהyig.'a.Le.nahH1350it, then he shall addוְיָסַ֥ףve.ya.SafH3254a fifthחֲמִישִׁת֖וֹcha.mi.shi.ToH2549partthereof unto thy estimationעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃'er.Ke.khaH6187.

14And when a manוְאִ֗ישׁve.'IshH376shall sanctifyיַקְדִּ֨שׁyak.DishH6942his houseבֵּית֥וֹbei.ToH1004to beholyקֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ko.deshH6944unto the Lordלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068,then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548shall estimateוְהֶעֱרִיכוֹ֙ve.he.'e.ri.KhoH6186it, whether it be goodט֖וֹבTovH2896or badרָ֑עRa'H7451:as the priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548shall estimateיַעֲרִ֥יךְya.'a.RikhH6186it, so shall it standיָקֽוּם׃ya.KumH6965.

15And if he that sanctifiedהַמַּקְדִּ֔ישׁha.mak.DishH6942it will redeemיִגְאַ֖לyig.'AlH1350his houseבֵּית֑וֹbei.ToH1004,then he shall addוְ֠יָסַףVe.ya.safH3254the fifthחֲמִישִׁ֧יתcha.mi.ShitH2549partof the moneyכֶּֽסֶף־ke.sef-H3701of thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֛'er.ke.KhaH6187unto it, and it shall be his.

16And if a manאִישׁ֙'ishH376shall sanctifyיַקְדִּ֥ישׁyak.DishH6942unto the Lordלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068some partof a fieldמִשְּׂדֵ֣הmi.se.DehH7704of his possessionאֲחֻזָּת֗וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272,then thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֖'er.ke.KhaH6187shall be accordingלְפִ֣יle.FiH6310to the seedזַרְע֑וֹzar.'OH2233thereof: an homerחֹ֣מֶרCho.merH2563of barleyשְׂעֹרִ֔יםse.'o.RimH8184seedזֶ֚רַעZe.ra'H2233shall be valuedat fiftyבַּחֲמִשִּׁ֖יםba.cha.mi.ShimH2572shekelsשֶׁ֥קֶלShe.kelH8255of silverכָּֽסֶף׃Ka.sefH3701.

17If he sanctifyיַקְדִּ֣ישׁyak.DishH6942his fieldשָׂדֵ֑הוּsa.De.huH7704from the yearמִשְּׁנַ֥תmi.she.NatH8141of jubileהַיֹּבֵ֖לhai.yo.VelH3104,according to thy estimationכְּעֶרְכְּךָ֖ke.'er.ke.KhaH6187it shall standיָקֽוּם׃ya.KumH6965.

18But if he sanctifyיַקְדִּ֣ישׁyak.DishH6942his fieldשָׂדֵהוּ֒sa.de.HuH7704afterאַחַ֣ר'a.CharH310the jubileהַיֹּבֵל֮hai.yo.VelH3104,then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548shall reckonוְחִשַּׁב־ve.chi.shav-H2803unto him the moneyהַכֶּ֗סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701according toפִּ֤יpiH6310the yearsהַשָּׁנִים֙ha.sha.NimH8141that remainהַנּ֣וֹתָרֹ֔תha.No.ta.RotH3498,even unto the yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of the jubileהַיֹּבֵ֑לhai.yo.VelH3104,and it shall be abatedוְנִגְרַ֖עve.nig.Ra'H1639from thy estimationמֵֽעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃Me.'er.Ke.khaH6187.

19And if he that sanctifiedהַמַּקְדִּ֖ישׁha.mak.DishH6942the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704will in any wiseגָּאֹ֤לga.'OlH1350redeemיִגְאַל֙yig.'AlH1350it, then he shall addוְ֠יָסַףVe.ya.safH3254the fifthחֲמִשִׁ֧יתcha.mi.ShitH2549partof the moneyכֶּֽסֶף־ke.sef-H3701of thy estimationעֶרְכְּךָ֛'er.ke.KhaH6187unto it, and it shall be assuredוְקָ֥םve.KamH6965to him.

20And if he will not redeemיִגְאַל֙yig.'AlH1350the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704,or if he have soldמָכַ֥רma.KharH4376the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704to anotherאַחֵ֑ר'a.CherH312manלְאִ֣ישׁle.'IshH376,it shall not be redeemedיִגָּאֵ֖לyi.ga.'ElH1350any more.

21But the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֜הha.sa.DehH7704,when it goeth outבְּצֵאת֣וֹbe.tze.ToH3318in the jubileבַיֹּבֵ֗לvai.yo.VelH3104,shall be holyקֹ֛דֶשׁKo.deshH6944unto the Lordלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068,as a fieldכִּשְׂדֵ֣הkis.DehH7704devotedהַחֵ֑רֶםha.Che.remH2764;the possessionאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃'a.chu.za.ToH272thereof shall be the priest’sלַכֹּהֵ֖ןla.ko.HenH3548.

22And if a mansanctifyיַקְדִּ֖ישׁyak.DishH6942unto the Lordלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068a fieldשְׂדֵ֣הse.DehH7704which he hath boughtמִקְנָת֔וֹmik.na.ToH4736, which isnot of the fieldsמִשְּׂדֵ֣הmi.se.DehH7704of his possessionאֲחֻזָּת֑וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272;

23Then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548shall reckonוְחִשַּׁב־ve.chi.shav-H2803unto him the worthמִכְסַ֣תmikh.SatH4373of thy estimationהָֽעֶרְכְּךָ֔ha.'er.ke.KhaH6187, evenunto the yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of the jubileהַיֹּבֵ֑לhai.yo.VelH3104:and he shall giveוְנָתַ֤ןve.na.TanH5414thine estimationהָעֶרְכְּךָ֙ha.'er.ke.KhaH6187in that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117, asa holy thingקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944unto the Lordלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

24In the yearבִּשְׁנַ֤תbish.NatH8141of the jubileהַיּוֹבֵל֙hai.yo.VelH3104the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704shall returnיָשׁ֣וּבya.ShuvH7725unto him of whom it was boughtקָנָ֖הוּka.Na.huH7069, evento him to whom the possessionאֲחֻזַּ֥ת'a.chu.ZatH272of the landהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776did belong.

25And all thy estimationsעֶרְכְּךָ֔'er.ke.KhaH6187shall be according to the shekelבְּשֶׁ֣קֶלbe.She.kelH8255of the sanctuaryהַקֹּ֑דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944:twentyעֶשְׂרִ֥ים'es.RimH6242gerahsגֵּרָ֖הge.RahH1626shall be the shekelהַשָּֽׁקֶל׃ סha.Sha.kelH8255.

26Only the firstlingבְּכ֞וֹרbe.KhorH1060of the beastsבִּבְהֵמָ֔הbiv.he.MahH929,which should be the Lord’sלַֽיהוָה֙la.Yah.wehH3068firstlingיְבֻכַּ֤רye.vu.KarH1069,no manאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376shall sanctifyיַקְדִּ֥ישׁyak.DishH6942it; whether it beoxשׁ֣וֹרShorH7794,or sheepשֶׂ֔הSehH7716: it isthe Lord’sלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068.

27And if it beof an uncleanהַטְּמֵאָה֙ha.te.me.'AhH2931beastבַּבְּהֵמָ֤הba.be.he.MahH929,then he shall redeemוּפָדָ֣הu.fa.DahH6299itaccording to thine estimationבְעֶרְכֶּ֔ךָve.'er.Ke.khaH6187,and shall addוְיָסַ֥ףve.ya.SafH3254a fifthחֲמִשִׁת֖וֹcha.mi.shi.ToH2549partof it thereto: or if it be not redeemedיִגָּאֵ֖לyi.ga.'ElH1350,then it shall be soldוְנִמְכַּ֥רve.nim.KarH4376according to thy estimationבְּעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃be.'er.Ke.khaH6187.

28Notwithstanding no devoted thingחֵ֡רֶםChe.remH2764,that a manאִ֨ישׁ'ishH376shall devoteיַחֲרִם֩ya.cha.RimH2763unto the Lordלַֽיהוָ֜הla.Yah.wehH3068of all that he hath, bothof manמֵאָדָ֤םme.'a.DamH120and beastוּבְהֵמָה֙u.ve.he.MahH929,and of the fieldוּמִשְּׂדֵ֣הu.mi.se.DehH7704of his possessionאֲחֻזָּת֔וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272,shall be soldיִמָּכֵ֖רyi.ma.KherH4376or redeemedיִגָּאֵ֑לyi.ga.'ElH1350:every devoted thingחֵ֕רֶםChe.remH2764ismostקֹֽדֶשׁ־ko.desh-H6944holyקָֽדָשִׁ֥יםka.da.ShimH6944unto the Lordלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

29None devotedחֵ֗רֶםChe.remH2764,which shall beלֹ֣אlo'H3808devotedיָחֳרַ֛םyo.cho.RamH2763of menהָאָדָ֖םha.'a.DamH120,shall be redeemedיִפָּדֶ֑הyi.pa.DehH6299; butshall surelyמ֖וֹתMotH4191be put to deathיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191.

30And all the titheמַעְשַׂ֨רma'.SarH4643of the landהָאָ֜רֶץha.'A.retzH776, whetherof the seedמִזֶּ֤רַעmi.Ze.ra'H2233of the landהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776, orof the fruitמִפְּרִ֣יmi.pe.RiH6529of the treeהָעֵ֔ץha.'EtzH6086, isthe Lord’sלַיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068: it isholyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944unto the Lordלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

31And if a manאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376will at allגָּאֹ֥לga.'OlH1350redeemיִגְאַ֛לyig.'AlH1350oughtof his tithesמִמַּֽעַשְׂר֑וֹmi.ma.'as.RoH4643,he shall addיֹסֵ֥ףyo.SefH3254thereto the fifthחֲמִשִׁית֖וֹcha.mi.shi.ToH2549part thereof.

32And concerning the titheמַעְשַׂ֤רma'.SarH4643of the herdבָּקָר֙ba.KarH1241,or of the flockוָצֹ֔אןva.TzonH6629, evenof whatsoever passethיַעֲבֹ֖רya.'a.VorH5674under the rodהַשָּׁ֑בֶטha.Sha.vetH7626,the tenthהָֽעֲשִׂירִ֕יha.'a.si.RiH6224shall be holyקֹּ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944unto the Lordלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

33He shall not searchיְבַקֵּ֛רye.va.KerH1239whether it be goodט֥וֹבTovH2896or badלָרַ֖עla.Ra'H7451,neither shall he changeיְמִירֶ֑נּוּye.mi.Re.nuH4171it: and if he changeהָמֵ֣רha.MerH4171it at allיְמִירֶ֔נּוּye.mi.Re.nuH4171,then both it and the changeוּתְמוּרָת֛וֹu.te.mu.ra.ToH8545thereof shall be holyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944;it shall not be redeemedיִגָּאֵֽל׃yi.ga.'ElH1350.
