1And the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֤רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872afterאַחֲרֵ֣י'a.cha.ReiH310the deathמ֔וֹתMotH4194of the twoשְׁנֵ֖יshe.NeiH8147sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Aaronאַהֲרֹ֑ן'a.ha.RonH175,when they offeredבְּקָרְבָתָ֥םbe.ka.re.va.TamH7126beforeלִפְנֵי־lif.nei-H6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,and diedוַיָּמֻֽתוּ׃vai.ya.Mu.tuH4191;

2And the Lordיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872,Speakדַּבֵּר֮da.BerH1696unto Aaronאַהֲרֹ֣ן'a.ha.RonH175thy brotherאָחִיךָ֒'a.chi.KhaH251,that he comeיָבֹ֤אya.Vo'H935not at all timesעֵת֙'etH6256into the holyהַקֹּ֔דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944placewithinמִבֵּ֖יתmi.BeitH1004the vailלַפָּרֹ֑כֶתla.pa.Ro.khetH6532beforeפְּנֵ֨יpe.NeiH6440the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֜רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727, which isupon the arkהָאָרֹן֙ha.'a.RonH727;that he dieיָמ֔וּתya.MutH4191not: for I will appearאֵרָאֶ֖ה'e.ra.'EhH7200in the cloudבֶּֽעָנָ֔ןbe.'a.NanH6051upon the mercyהַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃ha.ka.Po.retH3727seat.

3Thusבְּזֹ֛אתbe.ZotH2063shall Aaronאַהֲרֹ֖ן'a.ha.RonH175comeיָבֹ֥אya.Vo'H935into the holyהַקֹּ֑דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944place:with a youngבֶּן־ בָּקָ֛רben- ba.KarH1241 H1121bullockבְּפַ֧רbe.FarH6499for a sin offeringלְחַטָּ֖אתle.cha.TatH2403,and a ramוְאַ֥יִלve.'A.yilH352for a burnt offeringלְעֹלָֽה׃le.'o.LahH5930.

4He shall put onיִלְבָּ֗שׁyil.BashH3847the holyקֹ֜דֶשׁKo.deshH6944linenבַּ֨דbadH906coatכְּתֹֽנֶת־ke.to.net-H3801,and he shall have the linenבַד֮vadH906breechesוּמִֽכְנְסֵי־u.mikh.ne.sei-H4370upon his fleshבְּשָׂרוֹ֒be.sa.RoH1320,and shall be girdedיַחְגֹּ֔רyach.GorH2296with a linenבַּד֙badH906girdleוּבְאַבְנֵ֥טu.ve.'av.NetH73,and with the linenבַּ֖דbadH906mitreוּבְמִצְנֶ֥פֶתu.ve.mitz.Ne.fetH4701shall he be attiredיִצְנֹ֑ףyitz.NofH6801:theseהֵ֔םHemH1992areholyקֹ֣דֶשׁKo.deshH6944garmentsבִּגְדֵי־big.dei-H899;therefore shall he washוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364his fleshבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320in waterבַּמַּ֛יִםba.Ma.yimH4325, and soput them onוּלְבֵשָֽׁם׃u.le.ve.ShamH3847.

5And he shall takeיִקַּ֛חyi.KachH3947of the congregationעֲדַת֙'a.DatH5712of the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478twoשְׁנֵֽי־she.nei-H8147kidsשְׂעִירֵ֥יse.'i.ReiH8163of the goatsעִזִּ֖ים'i.ZimH5795for a sin offeringלְחַטָּ֑אתle.cha.TatH2403,and oneאֶחָ֖ד'e.ChadH259ramוְאַ֥יִלve.'A.yilH352for a burnt offeringלְעֹלָֽה׃le.'o.LahH5930.

6And Aaronאַהֲרֹ֛ן'a.ha.RonH175shall offerוְהִקְרִ֧יבve.hik.RivH7126his bullockפַּ֥רparH6499of the sin offeringהַחַטָּ֖אתha.cha.TatH2403, which isfor himselfH1157,and make an atonementוְכִפֶּ֥רve.khi.PerH3722for himself, and for his houseבֵּיתֽוֹ׃bei.ToH1004.

7And he shall takeוְלָקַ֖חve.la.KachH3947the twoשְׁנֵ֣יshe.NeiH8147goatsהַשְּׂעִירִ֑םha.se.'i.RimH8163,and presentוְהֶעֱמִ֤ידve.he.'e.MidH5975them beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068atthe doorפֶּ֖תַחPe.tachH6607of the tabernacleאֹ֥הֶל'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵֽד׃mo.'EdH4150.

8And Aaronאַהֲרֹ֛ן'a.ha.RonH175shall castוְנָתַ֧ןve.na.TanH5414lotsגּוֹרָל֑וֹתgo.ra.LotH1486upon the twoשְׁנֵ֥יshe.NeiH8147goatsהַשְּׂעִירִ֖םha.se.'i.RimH8163;oneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259lotגּוֹרָ֤לgo.RalH1486for the Lordלַיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068,and the otherאֶחָ֖ד'e.ChadH259lotוְגוֹרָ֥לve.go.RalH1486for the scapegoatלַעֲזָאזֵֽל׃la.'a.za.ZelH5799.

9And Aaronאַהֲרֹן֙'a.ha.RonH175shall bringוְהִקְרִ֤יבve.hik.RivH7126the goatהַשָּׂעִ֔ירha.sa.'IrH8163upon which the Lord’sלַיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068lotהַגּוֹרָ֖לha.go.RalH1486fellעָלָ֥ה'a.LahH5927,and offerוְעָשָׂ֖הוּve.'a.Sa.huH6213him fora sin offeringחַטָּֽאת׃cha.TatH2403.

10But the goatוְהַשָּׂעִ֗ירve.ha.sa.'IrH8163,on which the lotהַגּוֹרָל֙ha.go.RalH1486fellעָלָ֨ה'a.LahH5927to be the scapegoatלַעֲזָאזֵ֔לla.'a.za.ZelH5799,shall be presentedיָֽעֳמַד־yo.'o.mad-H5975aliveחַ֛יchaiH2416beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,to make an atonementלְכַפֵּ֣רle.kha.PerH3722with him, andto let him goלְשַׁלַּ֥חle.sha.LachH7971for a scapegoatלַעֲזָאזֵ֖לla.'a.za.ZelH5799into the wildernessהַמִּדְבָּֽרָה׃ha.mid.Ba.rahH4057.

11And Aaronאַהֲרֹ֜ן'a.ha.RonH175shall bringוְהִקְרִ֨יבve.hik.RivH7126the bullockפַּ֤רparH6499of the sin offeringהַֽחַטָּאת֙ha.cha.taTH2403, which isfor himself, and shall make an atonementוְכִפֶּ֥רve.khi.PerH3722for himself, and for his houseבֵּית֑וֹbei.ToH1004,and shall killוְשָׁחַ֛טve.sha.ChatH7819the bullockפַּ֥רparH6499of the sin offeringהַֽחַטָּ֖אתha.cha.TatH2403which is for himself:

12And he shall takeוְלָקַ֣חve.la.KachH3947a censerהַ֠מַּחְתָּהHa.mach.tahH4289fullמְלֹֽא־me.lo'-H4393of burningH784coalsגַּֽחֲלֵי־ga.cha.lei-H1513of fireאֵ֞שׁ'eshH784from off the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ha.miz.Be.achH4196beforeמִלִּפְנֵ֣יmi.lif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,and his handsחָפְנָ֔יוcha.fe.NavH2651fullוּמְלֹ֣אu.me.Lo'H4393of sweetסַמִּ֖יםsa.MimH5561incenseקְטֹ֥רֶתke.To.retH7004beaten smallדַּקָּ֑הda.KahH1851,and bringוְהֵבִ֖יאve.he.Vi'H935itwithinמִבֵּ֥יתmi.BeitH1004the vailלַפָּרֹֽכֶת׃la.pa.Ro.khetH6532:

13And he shall putוְנָתַ֧ןve.na.TanH5414the incenseהַקְּטֹ֛רֶתha.ke.To.retH7004upon the fireהָאֵ֖שׁha.'EshH784beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,that the cloudעֲנַ֣ן'a.NanH6051of the incenseהַקְּטֹ֗רֶתha.ke.To.retH7004may coverוְכִסָּ֣ה׀ve.khi.SahH3680the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֛רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727that isupon the testimonyהָעֵד֖וּתha.'e.DutH5715,that he dieיָמֽוּת׃ya.MutH4191not:

14And he shall takeוְלָקַח֙ve.la.KachH3947of the bloodמִדַּ֣םmi.DamH1818of the bullockהַפָּ֔רha.ParH6499,and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֧הve.hi.ZahH5137itwith his fingerבְאֶצְבָּע֛וֹve.'etz.ba.'OH676upon the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֖רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727eastwardקֵ֑דְמָהKe.de.mahH6924;and beforeH6440the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֗רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727shall he sprinkleיַזֶּ֧הya.ZehH5137of the bloodהַדָּ֖םha.DamH1818with his fingerבְּאֶצְבָּעֽוֹ׃be.'etz.ba.'OH676sevenשֶֽׁבַע־she.va'-H7651timesפְּעָמִ֛יםpe.'a.MimH6471.

15Then shall he killוְשָׁחַ֞טve.sha.ChatH7819the goatשְׂעִ֤ירse.'IrH8163of the sin offeringהַֽחַטָּאת֙ha.cha.taTH2403, that isfor the peopleלָעָ֔םla.'AmH5971,and bringוְהֵבִיא֙ve.he.Vi'H935his bloodדָּמ֔וֹda.MoH1818withinמִבֵּ֖יתmi.BeitH1004the vailלַפָּרֹ֑כֶתla.pa.Ro.khetH6532,and doוְעָשָׂ֣הve.'a.SahH6213with that bloodדָּמ֗וֹda.MoH1818as he didעָשָׂה֙'a.SahH6213with the bloodלְדַ֣םle.DamH1818of the bullockהַפָּ֔רha.ParH6499,and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֥הve.hi.ZahH5137it upon the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֖רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727,and beforeוְלִפְנֵ֥יve.lif.NeiH6440the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃ha.ka.Po.retH3727:

16And he shall make an atonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722for the holyהַקֹּ֗דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944place,because of the uncleannessמִטֻּמְאֹת֙mi.tum.'OtH2932of the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and because of their transgressionsוּמִפִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֖םu.mi.pish.'ei.HemH6588in all their sinsחַטֹּאתָ֑םcha.to.TamH2403:and so shall he doיַעֲשֶׂה֙ya.'a.SehH6213for the tabernacleלְאֹ֣הֶלle.'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֔דmo.'EdH4150,that remainethהַשֹּׁכֵ֣ןha.sho.KhenH7931among them in the midstבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of their uncleannessטֻמְאֹתָֽם׃tum.'o.TamH2932.

17And there shall be no manאָדָ֞ם'a.DamH120in the tabernacleבְּאֹ֣הֶלbe.'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֗דmo.'EdH4150when he goethבְּבֹא֛וֹbe.vo.'OH935in to make an atonementלְכַפֵּ֥רle.kha.PerH3722in the holyבַּקֹּ֖דֶשׁba.Ko.deshH6944place,until he come outצֵאת֑וֹtze.ToH3318,and have made an atonementוְכִפֶּ֤רve.khi.PerH3722for himself, and for his householdבֵּית֔וֹbei.ToH1004,and for all the congregationקְהַ֥לke.HalH6951of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
