Leviticus 16:13-17

14and he shall takeH3947 of the bloodH1818 of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his fingerH676 uponH5921 the mercy-seat on the eastH6924; and beforeH6440 the mercy-seat shall he sprinkle of the bloodH1818 with his fingerH676 sevenH7651 timesH6471.

15Then shall he killH7819 the goatH8163 of the sinH2403 offering, that is for the peopleH5971, and bringH935 his bloodH1818 withinH5921 the veilH6532, and doH6213 with his bloodH1818 as he didH6213 with the bloodH1818 of the bullock, and sprinkle it uponH5921 the mercy-seat, and beforeH6440 the mercy-seat:

16and he shall makeH6213 atonementH3722 for the holyH6944 placeH6944, becauseH5921 of the uncleannesses of the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478, and becauseH5921 of their transgressionsH6588, evenH3651 allH3605 their sinsH2403: and soH3651 shall he doH6213 for the tentH168 of meetingH4150, that dwelleth with them in the midstH8432 of their uncleannesses.

17And there shall be noH3808 manH120 in the tentH168 of meetingH4150 when he goeth in to make atonementH3722 in the holyH6944 placeH6944, untilH5704 he comeH935 outH3318, and have madeH1961 atonementH3722 for himselfH3808, and for his householdH1004, and for allH3605 the assemblyH6951 of IsraelH3478.
