Revised Version 1895
Kings 18:3-7
And he didH6213 that whichH834 was rightH3477 hi the eyesH5869 of the LORDH3068, according to allH3605 that DavidH1732 his fatherH1 had doneH6213.
He removedH5493 the highH1116 placesH1116, and brake the pillarsH4676, and cutH3772 downH3772 the AsherahH842: And he brake in piecesH7665 the brasen serpentH5175 that MosesH4872 had madeH6213; for unto thoseH834 daysH3117 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 didH6213 burnH6999 incenseH6999 to it; and he calledH7121 it NehushtanH5180.
He trustedH982 in the LORDH3068, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478; soH1961 that afterH310 him was noneH3808 like him among allH3605 the kingsH4428 of JudahH3063, norH3808 among them that were beforeH6440 him.
For he clave to the LORDH3068, he departedH5493 notH3808 from followingH310 him, but keptH8104 his commandmentsH4687, whichH834 the LORDH3068 commandedH6680 MosesH4872.
And the LORDH3068 was with him; whithersoever he wentH3318 forthH3318 he prospered: and he rebelledH4775 againstH5973 the kingH4428 of AssyriaH804, and servedH5647 him notH3808.
