Song of Songs 1:2-7
2“May he kissH5401 me with the kissesH5390 of his mouthH6310! For your 1loveH1730 is 2sweeterH2896H4480 thanH4480 wineH3196.3Your 3oilsH8081 have a pleasingH2896 fragranceH7381, Your 4nameH8034 is like 5purifiedH7385 oilH8081; ThereforeH5921H3651 the 67youngH5959 womenH5959 loveH157 you.4DrawH4900 me afterH310 you and let’s runH7323 together! The 8kingH4428 has broughtH935 me into his chambersH2315.” The Chorus “We will rejoiceH1523 in you and beH8055 joyfulH8055; We will praiseH2142 your 9loveH1730 moreH4480 thanH4480 wineH3196. RightlyH4339 do they loveH157 you.”
5“I am blackH7838 and 10beautifulH5000, You 11daughtersH1323 of JerusalemH3389, Like the 12tentsH168 of 13KedarH6938, Like the curtainsH3407 of SolomonH8010.6Do not stareH7200 at me because I am 14darkH7840, For the sunH8121 has tannedH7805 me. My 15mother’sH517 sonsH1121 wereH2734 angryH2734 with me; They madeH7760 me 16caretakerH5201 of the vineyardsH3754, But I have not takenH5201 careH5201 of my own vineyardH3754.7TellH5046 me, you 17whomH7945 my soulH5315 lovesH157, WhereH351 do you 18pastureH7462 your flock, WhereH351 do you have it 19lieH7257 downH7257 at noonH6672? For whyH4100 should I be like one who 20veilsH5844 herself BesideH5921 the flocksH5739 of your 21companionsH2270?”
