Ruth 4:6-8
6Then 1the redeemerH1350 saidH559, “I cannotH3201H3808 redeemH1350 it for myself, otherwiseH6435 I would 2jeopardizeH7843 my own inheritanceH5159. RedeemH1350 it for yourself; you may have my rightH1353 ofH1353 redemptionH1353, sinceH3588 I cannotH3201H3808 redeemH1350 it.”
7Now thisH2088 was 3the custom in formerH6440 timesH6440 in IsraelH3478 concerningH5921 the redemptionH1353 and the exchangeH8545 of land to confirmH6965 anyH3605 matterH1697: a manH376 removedH8025 his sandalH5275 and gaveH5414 it to anotherH7453; and thisH2088 was the way of confirmationH8584 in IsraelH3478. 8So the redeemerH1350 saidH559 to BoazH1162, “BuyH7069 it for yourself.” And he removedH8025 his sandalH5275.
