Matthew 27:27-29

271Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into 2the 3Praetorium and gathered the whole Roman 45cohort around Him.

28They stripped Him and 6put a scarlet robe on Him.

297And after twisting together a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and a 8reed in His right hand; and they knelt down before Him and mocked Him, saying, “9Hail, King of the Jews!”
