Matthew 24:21-25

21For then there will be a 1great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will.

22Unless those days had been cut short, no 2life would have been saved; but for 3the sake of the 4elect those days will be cut short.

235Then if anyone says to you, ‘Behold, here is the 6Christ,’ or ‘7There He is,’ do not believe him.

24For false Christs and 8false prophets will arise and will 9show great 1011signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even 12the 13elect.

25Behold, I have told you in advance.
