Matthew 1:21-25
She will bear a Son; and 1you shall call His name Jesus, for 2He 3will save His people from their sins.”
Now all this 4took place to fulfill what was 5spoken by the Lord through the prophet:
“6Behold, the virgin shall be with 7child and shall bear a Son, and they shall call His name 8Immanuel,” which translated means, “9God with us.”
And Joseph 10awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary as his wife,
but kept her a virgin until she 12gave birth to a Son; and 13he called His name Jesus.
