James 4:6-10
6But 1He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, “2God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” 73Submit therefore to God. 4Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 85Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. 6Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and 7purify your hearts, you 8double-minded. 99Be miserable and mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy to gloom. 1010Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you.
