Isaiah 51:3-5
3Indeed, 1the Lord will comfort Zion; He will comfort all her 2waste places. And her 3wilderness He will make like 4Eden, And her desert like the 5garden of the Lord; 6Joy and gladness will be found in her, Thanksgiving and sound of a melody.
4“7Pay attention to Me, O My people, And give ear to Me, O My 8nation; For a 9law will go forth from Me, And I will 10set My 11justice for a 12light of the peoples.5My 13righteousness is near, My salvation has gone forth, And My 14arms will judge the peoples; The 15coastlands will wait for Me, And for My 16arm they will wait expectantly.
