Isaiah 29:18-21
18On that day the 1deaf will hear 2words of a book, And out of their gloom and darkness the 3eyes of the blind will see.19The 4afflicted also will increase their gladness in the Lord, And the 5needy of mankind will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.20For the 6ruthless will come to an end and the 7scorner will be finished, Indeed 8all who 9are intent on doing evil will be cut off;21Who 10cause a person to be indicted by a word, And 11ensnare him who adjudicates at the gate, And 1213defraud the one in the right with 14meaningless arguments.
