Isaiah 20:2-6
at that time the Lord spoke through 1Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, “Go and loosen the 2sackcloth from your hips and take your 3shoes off your feet.” And he did so, going 4naked and barefoot.
And the Lord said, “Even as My servant Isaiah has gone naked and barefoot three years as a 56sign and token against Egypt and 78Cush,
so the 9king of Assyria will lead away the captives of Egypt and the exiles of Cush, 10young and old, naked and barefoot with buttocks uncovered, to the 11shame of Egypt.
Then they will be 12dismayed and ashamed because of Cush their hope and Egypt their 13boast.
So the inhabitants of this coastland will say in that day, ‘Behold, such is our hope, where we fled 14for help to be delivered from the king of Assyria; and we, 15how shall we escape?’”
