Isaiah 15:4-6
41Heshbon and Elealeh also cry out, Their voice is heard all the way to Jahaz; Therefore the 2armed men of Moab cry aloud; His soul trembles within him.5My heart cries out for Moab; His fugitives are as far as 3Zoar and Eglath-shelishiyah, For they go up the 4ascent of Luhith weeping; Surely on the road to Horonaim they raise a cry of distress 5over their ruin.6For the 6waters of Nimrim are 7desolate. Surely the grass is withered, the tender grass 8died out, There is 9no green thing.
