Exodus 3:12-15
12And He said, “Certainly 1I will be with you, and this shall be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: 2when you have brought the people out of Egypt, 3you shall 4worship God at this mountain.”
13Then Moses said to God, “Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, and I will say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’ Now they may say to me, ‘What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?” 14God said to Moses, “56I AM WHO 7I AM”; and He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘8I AM has sent me to you.’” 15God, furthermore, said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘9The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is My name forever, and this is My 10memorial-name 11to all generations.
