2 Corinthians 9:4-7
4otherwise if any 1Macedonians come with me and find you unprepared, we--not to speak of you--will be put to shame by this confidence. 5So I thought it necessary to urge the 2brethren that they would go on ahead to you and arrange beforehand your previously promised 34bountiful gift, so that the same would be ready as a 56bountiful gift and not 78affected by covetousness.
6Now this I say, 9he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows 10bountifully will also reap 11bountifully. 7Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not 12grudgingly or under compulsion, for 13God loves a cheerful giver.
