2 Corinthians 12:12-15

12The 12signs 3of a true apostle were performed among you with all perseverance, by 4signs and wonders and 5miracles. 13For in what respect were you treated as inferior to the rest of the churches, except that 6I myself did not become a burden to you? Forgive me 7this wrong!

14Here 8for this third time I am ready to come to you, and I 9will not be a burden to you; for I 10do not seek what is yours, but 11you; for 12children are not responsible to save up for their parents, but 13parents for their children. 15I will 14most gladly spend and be expended for your souls. If 15I love you more, am I to be loved less?
