1 Timothy 2:5-8

5For there is 1one God, and 2one mediator also between God and men, the 3man Christ Jesus, 6who 4gave Himself as a ransom for all, the 5testimony 6given at 78the proper time. 79For this I was appointed a 10preacher and 11an apostle (12I am telling the truth, I am not lying) as a teacher of 13the Gentiles in faith and truth.

8Therefore 14I want the men 15in every place to pray, 16lifting up 17holy hands, without wrath and dissension.
