1 Thessalonians 5:9-15

9For God has not destined us for 1wrath, but for 2obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 3who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him. 11Therefore 4encourage one another and 5build up one another, just as you also are doing.

12But we request of you, brethren, that you 6 7appreciate those 8who diligently labor among you, and 9have charge over you in the Lord and give you 10instruction, 13and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work. 11Live in peace with one another. 14We urge you, brethren, admonish 12the 13unruly, encourage 14the fainthearted, help 15the weak, be 16patient with everyone. 15See that 17no one repays another with evil for evil, but always 18seek after that which is good for one another and for all people.
