1 Peter 2:21-25

21For 1you have been called for this purpose, 2since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you 3an example for you to follow in His steps,

22who 4committed no sin, nor was any deceit found in His mouth;

235and while being 6reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously;

24and He Himself 78bore our sins in His body on the 910cross, so that we 11might die to 12sin and live to righteousness; for 13by His 14wounds you were 15healed.

25For you were 16continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the 17Shepherd and 18Guardian of your souls.
