13Hearשִׁמְע֥וּshim.'UH8085, ye that arefar offרְחוֹקִ֖יםre.cho.KimH7350,what I have doneעָשִׂ֑יתִי'a.Si.tiH6213; and, ye that arenearקְרוֹבִ֖יםke.ro.VimH7138,acknowledgeוּדְע֥וּu.de.'UH3045my mightגְּבֻרָתִֽי׃ge.vu.ra.TiH1369.

14The sinnersחַטָּאִ֔יםcha.ta.'ImH2400in Zionבְצִיּוֹן֙ve.tzi.yOnH6726are afraidפָּחֲד֤וּpa.cha.DuH6342;fearfulnessרְעָדָ֖הre.'a.DahH7461hath surprisedאָחֲזָ֥ה'a.cha.ZahH270the hypocritesחֲנֵפִ֑יםcha.ne.FimH2611.Who among us shall dwellיָג֣וּרya.GurH1481with the devouringאוֹכֵלָ֔ה'o.khe.LahH398fireאֵ֚שׁ'eshH784?who among us shall dwellיָג֥וּרya.GurH1481with everlastingעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769burningsמוֹקְדֵ֥יmok.DeiH4168?

22For the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068isour judgeשֹׁפְטֵ֔נוּsho.fe.Te.nuH8199,the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068isour lawgiverמְחֹקְקֵ֑נוּme.cho.ke.Ke.nuH2710,the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068isour kingמַלְכֵּ֖נוּmal.Ke.nuH4428;he will saveיוֹשִׁיעֵֽנוּ׃yo.shi.'E.nuH3467us.
