Numbers 35:22-28

But ifH518 he thrustH1920 him suddenlyH6621 withoutH3808 enmityH342, or hurledH7993 uponH5921 him anyH3605 thingH3627 withoutH3808 lyingH7993 in waitH6660,

or with anyH3605 stoneH68, wherebyH834 a manH4191 may dieH4191, seeingH7200 him notH3808, and castH5307 it uponH5921 him, soH3808 that he diedH4191, and he was notH3808 his enemyH341, neitherH3808 soughtH1245 his harmH7451:

then the congregationH5712 shall judgeH8199 betweenH996 the smiterH5221 and the avengerH1350 of bloodH1818 accordingH5921 to theseH428 judgmentsH4941:

and the congregationH5712 shall deliverH5337 the manslayerH7523 outH413 of the handH3027 of the avengerH1350 of bloodH1818, and the congregationH5712 shall restoreH7725 him to his cityH5892 of refugeH4733, whither he was fledH5127: and he shall dwellH3427 therein untilH5704 the deathH4194 of the highH1419 priestH3548, whichH834 was anointedH4886 with the holyH6944 oilH8081.

But ifH518 the manslayerH7523 shall at anyH3318 time goH3318 beyondH3318 the borderH1366 of his cityH5892 of refugeH4733, whither he fleeth;

and the avengerH1350 of bloodH1818 findH4672 him withoutH369 the borderH1366 of his cityH5892 of refugeH4733, and the avengerH1350 of bloodH1818 slay the manslayerH7523; he shall notH369 be guilty of bloodH1818:

becauseH3588 he should have remainedH3427 in his cityH5892 of refugeH4733 untilH5704 the deathH4194 of the highH1419 priestH3548: but afterH310 the deathH4194 of the highH1419 priestH3548 the manslayerH7523 shall returnH7725 intoH413 the landH776 of his possessionH272.
