Exodus 16:14-31
And when the dewH2919 that lay was goneH5927 upH5927, beholdH2009, uponH5921 the faceH6440 of the wildernessH4057 a small round thingH2636, small as the hoar frost on the groundH776.
And when the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 sawH7200 it, they saidH559 one to anotherH251, WhatH4100 is it? for they wist notH3808 whatH4100 it was. And MosesH4872 saidH559 unto them, It is the breadH3899 whichH834 the LORDH3068 hath givenH5414 youH834 to eatH402.
This is the thingH1697 whichH834 the LORDH3068 hath commandedH6680, GatherH3950 ye of it everyH376 manH376 accordingH6310 to his eating; an omer a headH1538, accordingH6310 to the numberH4557 of your personsH5315, shall ye takeH3947 it, everyH376 manH376 for them whichH834 are in his tentH168.
And the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 didH6213 soH3651, and gatheredH3950 some moreH3651, some lessH4591.
And when they didH3808 mete it with an omer, he that gatheredH3950 muchH7235 had nothingH3808 over, and he that gatheredH3950 littleH4591 had noH3808 lackH2637; they gatheredH3950 everyH376 manH376 accordingH6310 to his eating.
And MosesH4872 saidH559 unto them, LetH408 noH408 manH376 leaveH3498 of it tillH5704 the morningH1242.
Notwithstanding they hearkened notH3808 unto MosesH4872; but someH4480 of them leftH3498 of it untilH5704 the morningH1242, and it bred wormsH8438, and stankH887: and MosesH4872 was wroth with them.
And they gatheredH3950 it morningH1242 by morningH1242, everyH376 manH376 accordingH6310 to his eating: and when the sunH8121 waxed hotH2552, it meltedH4549.
And it cameH935 to passH935, that on the sixthH8345 dayH3117 they gatheredH3950 twiceH8147 as muchH4932 breadH3899, twoH8147 omersH6016 for eachH259 one: and allH3605 the rulers of the congregationH5712 cameH935 and toldH5046 MosesH4872.
And he saidH559 unto them, This is that whichH834 the LORDH3068 hath spokenH1696, TomorrowH4279 is a solemnH7677 restH7677, a holyH6944 sabbathH7676 unto the LORDH3068: bakeH644 that whichH834 ye will bakeH644, and seetheH1310 that whichH834 ye will seetheH1310; and allH3605 that remaineth over lay upH5704 for youH834 to be keptH4931 untilH5704 the morningH1242.
And they laidH6680 it upH5704 tillH5704 the morningH1242, as MosesH4872 bade: and it didH834 notH3808 stinkH887, neitherH3808 was there anyH1961 wormH7415 therein.
And MosesH4872 saidH559, EatH398 that todayH3117; for todayH3117 is a sabbathH7676 unto the LORDH3068: todayH3117 ye shall notH3808 findH4672 it in the fieldH7704.
SixH8337 daysH3117 ye shall gatherH3950 it; but on the seventhH7637 dayH3117 is the sabbathH7676, in it there shall be noneH3808.
And it cameH1961 to passH1961 on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, that there wentH3318 outH3318 someH4480 of the peopleH5971 for to gatherH3950, and they foundH4672 noneH3808.
And the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto MosesH4872, HowH575 longH5704 refuseH3985 ye to keepH8104 my commandmentsH4687 and my lawsH8451?
SeeH7200, for that the LORDH3068 hath givenH5414 youH3588 the sabbathH7676, therefore he giveth youH3588 on the sixthH8345 dayH3117 the breadH3899 of twoH3427 daysH3117; abideH3427 ye everyH376 manH376 in his placeH4725, letH5414 noH408 manH376 goH3318 outH3318 of his placeH4725 on the seventhH7637 dayH3117.
SoH7673 the peopleH5971 restedH7673 on the seventhH7637 dayH3117.
And the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478 calledH7121 the nameH8034 thereof MannaH4478: and it was like corianderH1407 seedH2233, whiteH3836; and the tasteH2940 of it was like wafersH6838 madeH7121 with honeyH1706.
