Revised Version 1895
Samuel 23:2-7
The spiritH7307 of the LORDH3068 spake by meH5921, and his wordH1696 was uponH5921 my tongueH3956.
The GodH430 of IsraelH3478 saidH559, the RockH6697 of IsraelH3478 spake to meH1696: One that ruleth over menH120 righteouslyH6662, that ruleth in the fearH3374 of GodH430,
He shall be as the lightH216 of the morningH1242, when the sunH8121 riseth, a morningH1242 withoutH3808 cloudsH5645; when the tenderH1877 grassH1877 springeth out of the earthH776, throughH776 clear shiningH216 afterH776 rainH4306.
Verily my houseH1004 is notH3808 soH3651 with GodH410; yet he hath madeH7760 with meH7760 an everlastingH5769 covenantH1285, ordered in allH3605 things, and sure: for it is allH3605 my salvationH3468, and allH3605 my desireH2656, althoughH3588 he maketh it notH3808 to growH6779.
But the ungodly shall be allH3605 of them as thornsH6975 to be thrustH5074 awayH3947, for they cannotH3808 be takenH3947 with the handH3027:
But the manH376 that toucheth them must be armedH4390 with ironH1270 and the staff of a spearH2595; and they shall be utterly burnedH8313 with fireH784 in their placeH7675.
