9But UriahH223 sleptH7901 at the doorH6607 of the king’sH4428 houseH1004 with allH3605 the servantsH5650 of his lordH113, and wentH3381 notH3808 downH3381 to his houseH1004.

10And when they had toldH5046 DavidH1732, sayingH559, UriahH223 wentH935 notH3808 downH3381 unto his houseH1004, DavidH1732 saidH559 unto UriahH223, Art thou notH3808 comeH935 from a journeyH1870? wherefore didst thou notH3808 goH935 downH3381 unto thine houseH1004?

11And UriahH223 saidH559 unto DavidH1732, The arkH727, and IsraelH3478, and JudahH3063, abideH3427 in boothsH5521; and my lordH113 JoabH3097, and the servantsH5650 of my lordH113, are encampedH2583 in the openH6440 fieldH7704; shall I then goH935 intoH413 mineH5973 houseH1004, to eatH398 and to drinkH8354 and to lieH7901 with my wifeH802? as thou livest, and as thy soulH5315 liveth, I will notH2088 doH6213 this thingH1697.

12And DavidH1732 saidH559 to UriahH223, Tarry hereH2088 todayH3117 also, and tomorrowH4279 I will letH7971 thee depart. SoH7971 UriahH223 abodeH3427 in JerusalemH3389 that dayH3117, and the morrow.

13And when DavidH1732 had calledH7121 him, he didH3808 eatH398 and drinkH8354 beforeH6440 him; and he madeH7121 him drunkH7937: and at evenH3808 he wentH3318 outH3318 to lieH7901 on his bedH4904 with the servantsH5650 of his lordH113, but wentH3318 notH3808 downH3381 to his houseH1004.
