Revised Version 1895
Chronicles 22:5-9
And DavidH1732 saidH559, SolomonH8010 my sonH1121 is youngH5288 and tenderH7390, and the houseH1004 that is to be builded for the LORDH3068 mustH1121 be exceeding magnifical, of fameH8034 and of gloryH8597 throughoutH3605 allH3605 countriesH776: I will therefore makeH1431 preparationH3559 for it. SoH6440 DavidH1732 preparedH3559 abundantlyH7230 beforeH6440 his deathH4194.
Then he calledH7121 for SolomonH8010 his sonH1121, and chargedH6680 him to buildH1129 an houseH1004 for the LORDH3068, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478.
And DavidH1732 saidH559 to SolomonH8010 his sonH1121, As for meH589, it was in my heartH3824 to buildH1129 an houseH1004 unto the nameH8034 of the LORDH3068 my GodH430.
But the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068 cameH1961 to meH6440, sayingH559, Thou hast shedH8210 bloodH1818 abundantlyH7230, and hast madeH6213 greatH1419 warsH4421: thou shalt notH3808 buildH1129 an houseH1004 unto my nameH8034, becauseH3588 thou hast shedH8210 muchH7230 bloodH1818 uponH5921 the earthH776 in my sightH6440:
BeholdH2009, a sonH1121 shall be bornH3205 to thee, who shall be a manH376 of restH5117; and I will giveH5414 him restH5117 from allH3605 his enemiesH341 roundH5439 aboutH1961: for his nameH8034 shall be SolomonH8010, and I will giveH5414 peaceH7965 and quietness unto IsraelH3478 in his daysH3117:
