Zephaniah 1:12-14
12It will come about at that time That I will 1search Jerusalem with lamps, And I will punish the men Who are 23stagnant in spirit, Who say in their hearts, ‘The Lord will 4not do good or evil!’13Moreover, their wealth will become 5plunder And their houses desolate; Yes, 6they will build houses but not inhabit them, And plant vineyards but not drink their wine.”
14Near is the 7great 8day of the Lord, Near and coming very quickly; Listen, the day of the Lord! 9In it the warrior 10cries out bitterly.
