Zechariah 2:3-5

3And behold, the 1angel who was speaking with me was going out, and another angel was coming out to meet him, 4and said to him, “Run, speak to that 2young man, saying, ‘3Jerusalem will be inhabited 45without walls because of the 6multitude of men and cattle within it. 5For I,’ declares the Lord, ‘will be a 7wall of fire 8around her, and I will be the 9glory in her midst.’”
