19The Lordיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068will answerוַיַּ֨עַןvai.Ya.'anH6030and sayוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to His peopleלְעַמּ֗וֹle.'a.MoH5971, “BeholdH2009, I am going tosendשֹׁלֵ֤חַsho.Le.achH7971you grainהַדָּגָן֙ha.da.GanH1715,newוְהַתִּיר֣וֹשׁve.ha.ti.Ro.oshH8492wineH8492and oilוְהַיִּצְהָ֔רve.hai.yitz.HarH3323,And you will be satisfiedוּשְׂבַעְתֶּ֖םu.se.va'.TemH7646in full with them; And I willneverוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808againע֛וֹדodH5750makeאֶתֵּ֨ן'e.TenH5414you a reproachחֶרְפָּ֖הcher.PahH2781among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471.

20But I will removeאַרְחִ֣יק'ar.ChikH7368thenorthernהַצְּפוֹנִ֞יha.tze.fo.NiH6830armyfarH7368from you,And I will driveוְהִדַּחְתִּיו֮ve.hi.dach.TivH5080it into a parchedצִיָּ֣הtzi.YahH6723and desolateוּשְׁמָמָה֒u.she.ma.MahH8077landאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776,And its vanguardפָּנָ֗יוpa.NavH6440into theeasternהַקַּדְמֹנִ֔יha.kad.mo.NiH6931seaהַיָּם֙hai.YamH3220,And its rearוְסֹפ֖וֹve.so.FoH5490guard into thewesternהָאַֽחֲר֑וֹןha.'a.cha.RonH314seaהַיָּ֣םhai.YamH3220. And itsstenchבָאְשׁ֗וֹva.'e.ShoH889will ariseוְעָלָ֣הve.'a.LahH5927and its foulH6709smellH6709will comeוְתַ֙עַל֙ve.Ta.'alH5927up,For it has doneלַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃la.'a.SotH6213greatהִגְדִּ֖ילhig.DilH1431thingsH1431.”

21Do not fearתִּֽירְאִ֖יtir.'IH3372,O landאֲדָמָ֑ה'a.da.MahH127,rejoiceגִּ֣ילִיGi.liH1523and be gladוּשְׂמָ֔חִיu.se.Ma.chiH8055,For the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has doneלַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃la.'a.SotH6213greatהִגְדִּ֥ילhig.DilH1431thingsH1431.

22Do not fearתִּֽירְאוּ֙ti.re.'UH3372,beastsבַּהֲמ֣וֹתba.ha.MotH929of the fieldH7706, For thepasturesנְא֣וֹתne.'otH4999of the wildernessמִדְבָּ֑רmid.BarH4057have turnedH1876greenH1876,For the treeעֵץ֙'etzH6086has borneנָשָׂ֣אna.Sa'H5375its fruitפִרְי֔וֹfir.YoH6529,The figתְּאֵנָ֥הte.'e.NahH8384treeH8384and the vineוָגֶ֖פֶןva.Ge.fenH1612have yieldedנָתְנ֥וּna.te.NuH5414in fullחֵילָֽם׃chei.LamH2428.

23So rejoiceגִּ֤ילוּGi.luH1523, Osonsוּבְנֵ֣יu.ve.NeiH1121of Zionצִיּ֗וֹןtzi.YonH6726, Andbe gladוְשִׂמְחוּ֙ve.sim.ChuH8055in the Lordבַּיהוָ֣הba.Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430; For He hasgivenנָתַ֥ןna.TanH5414youthe earlyהַמּוֹרֶ֖הha.mo.RehH4175rainמוֹרֶ֥הmo.RehH4175for yourvindicationלִצְדָקָ֑הlitz.da.KahH6666.And He has pouredH3381downוַיּ֣וֹרֶדvai.Yo.redH3381for you the rainגֶּ֛שֶׁםGe.shemH1653, TheearlyH4175andlatterH4456rainוּמַלְק֖וֹשׁu.mal.Ko.oshH4456as beforeבָּרִאשֽׁוֹן׃ba.ri.ShonH7223.

24The threshingהַגֳּרָנ֖וֹתha.go.ra.NotH1637floorsH1637will be fullוּמָלְא֥וּu.mal.'UH4390of grainבָּ֑רBarH1250,And the vatsהַיְקָבִ֖יםhay.ka.VimH3342willoverflowוְהֵשִׁ֥יקוּve.he.Shi.kuH7783with the newתִּיר֥וֹשׁti.Ro.oshH8492wineH8492and oilוְיִצְהָֽר׃ve.yitz.HarH3323.

25“Then I will makeוְשִׁלַּמְתִּ֤יve.shi.lam.TiH7999up to you for the yearsהַשָּׁנִ֔יםha.sha.NimH8141That the swarmingH697locustהָֽאַרְבֶּ֔הha.'ar.BehH697has eatenאָכַ֣ל'a.KhalH398,The creepingH3218locustהַיֶּ֖לֶקhai.Ye.lekH3218,the strippingH2625locustוְהֶחָסִ֣ילve.he.cha.SilH2625and the gnawingH1501locustוְהַגָּזָ֑םve.ha.ga.ZamH1501,My greatהַגָּד֔וֹלha.ga.DolH1419armyחֵילִי֙chei.LiH2428whichH834I sentשִׁלַּ֖חְתִּיshi.Lach.tiH7971among you.

26You will have plentyוַאֲכַלְתֶּ֤םva.'a.khal.TemH398toeatאָכוֹל֙'a.khOlH398and be satisfiedוְשָׂב֔וֹעַve.sa.Vo.a'H7646Andpraiseוְהִלַּלְתֶּ֗םve.hi.lal.TemH1984the nameשֵׁ֤םshemH8034of the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם'e.Lo.hei.KhemH430,Whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834hasdealtעָשָׂ֥ה'a.SahH6213wondrouslyלְהַפְלִ֑יאle.haf.Li'H6381with you;Then My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971willneverוְלֹא־ לְעוֹלָֽם׃ve.lo'- le.'o.LamH3808 H5769be putH954to shameH954.

27Thus you willknowוִידַעְתֶּ֗םvi.da'.TemH3045that I am in the midstבְקֶ֤רֶבve.Ke.revH7130of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478,And that I am the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶ֖ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430,And thereH369isnoH369otherע֑וֹדodH5750;And My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971will neverוְלֹא־ לְעוֹלָֽם׃ סve.lo'- le.'o.LamH3808 H5769beputH954to shameH954.
