Proverbs 13:1-3
1A 1wise son accepts his father’s discipline, But a 2scoffer does not listen to rebuke.2From the fruit of a man’s mouth he 34enjoys good, But the 5desire of the treacherous is 6violence.3The one who 7guards his mouth preserves his life; The one who 8opens wide his lips 9comes to ruin.
